Part of what makes us unique is our ability to streamline your event + floral design without having to hire several different vendors. We believe flowers tell a story – your story. Our designs are carefully curated. We choose every flower with thoughtful consideration of color, size + texture in relation to the overall aesthetic of your day. Our work is original and unique to each of our clients. While we welcome inspiration, allowing us to have creative freedom while designing yields the best results.
Our Boxwood Wall is the perfect addition to your next event! Accent decor can be applied directly to the hedge including lights, custom florals, wood cutouts, etc. The rental includes delivery, set up & tear down, and hanging of any items provided by client on the wall. Requires a signed contract & deposit to hold date.
why hire a planner?
What’s your process?
What budgets do you work with?
Wedding planning is HARD. Like – take up every second of your thoughts + time hard… Something that a lot of couples don’t realize until they’re in the thick of it. Our experience and expertise allows you and your future spouse to enjoy the process while also making sure all of your family + guests enjoy the day with no worries or interruptions. We got you, boo!
If you’re interested in working with us, we’ll schedule a time to jump on a call or meet in person at our planning studio. It’s important for us to get to know each other a bit before jumping into a contract. Following our first chat, if you feel like we’re a good fit – we require a signed contract and 50% deposit to reserve your date and get to planning!
You can’t put a price on peace of mind – however, our clients have an all-in wedding budget of at least $40,000.
While we do not require our clients book us for both management / planning and florals, it is highly recommended to keep the aesthetic of your day consistent.
Absolutely! We’re all about the flowers!
The coordinator that comes with your venue is not your coordinator. While we love working with venue coordinators on event logistics the day of the wedding – their duties revolve around the venue. We control every moving piece of your day, including the venue, to make your day amazing!
Girl, no. We could write a book on why this is never a good option – but we’ll keep it short and sweet. Your family should be guests and shouldn’t be put in a role where they are going to miss out on important moments with you on such a special day.
What if I’ve already booked a florist and just need a planner?
Can we use White Cat for just flowers?
My venue comes with a coordinator. Why do I need two?
My aunt said she’d be my day-of coordinator for free. How can I pass up that deal?
